Anja Franklin has been working as a Office Manager at Genius Search in our Headquarters since 2018. She focuses on supporting the directors and consultants with scheduling as well as preparing candidate and project documentation and contracts.

Anja began her career as team assistant and secretary to the management in various industrial companies. In 2001 she switched to the e-health sector and for more than 10 years she was the personal assistant to the CEO of InterComponentWare AG in Walldorf. She spent some time living in the USA and has been working as an assistant in the professional recruitment industry since 2016.
