In 1999, Thomas Winter started as a consultant at RSVP Management Consultants AG in Frankfurt.

 

Most recently, as a senior consultant, he was responsible for business development as well as project management for the worldwide search for senior executives. In 2005, he moved to the RSA Group in London and later back to Frankfurt. Under his leadership, the operative executive search business in Germany and Switzerland was successfully established.
