Susanne Kaiser has been working as Consultant at Genius Search in Germany since 2018. With her long-term expertise she supports our clients in the internationally positioned Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.

After studies in textile management Susanne started her professional career as purchaser in an international trading company. Looking for a new challenge, she moved into human resources consulting and started working as Research Consultant at Behrendt & Fritze Executive Search Services in 1995. There she was responsible for filling specialist and management positions in the sectors of financial services and FMCG/consumer goods as well as in the pharmaceutical industry.

 

In 2009 she joined Hofmann Consultants GmbH as Research Consultant with focus on the successful filling of positions in the senior and middle management as well as advisory councils in the consumer goods and health care industries.

After that, Susanne worked several years as Senior Research Consultant at the Mediatum Group with a strong focus on management positions in the life sciences sector.
