Els Mulder has been a member of the Genius Search team since 2018 and currently works as a Consultant and Site Leader at our office in London.

She brings more than 14 years of professional experience in a variety of roles in international consulting and executive search companies.

Els worked as a Senior Research Consultant at Mediatum as well as Senior Associate for DHR International in London, where she handled global assignments for executive positions across a variety of industries. Previously, she was a Research Associate for the UK-based company Banister International. In this position, she was responsible for research across Europe.

Els is a Dutch national and holds a degree in business. She has also lived and worked in Indonesia and Australia.
