Jassmin Salsal-Lehnert joins Genius Search as Managing Partner. She is responsible for the further development of international activities, particularly in Europe. Jassmin has been working in the executive search sector for over 17 years, focusing on filling executive and specialist positions in the entire life sciences environment.

 

With her excellent reputation throughout the life science industry, Jassmin has been able to conduct executive search assignments at all levels around the globe for the world's leading medical technology, biotechnology and laboratory suppliers. These assignments have included CEO, SVP/VP and other leadership positions in general management, sales & marketing, research and development, technical operations & quality and enabling functions like human resources and accounting/finance.

 

Jassmin studied political science, law, and sociology at the University of Heidelberg. After her master’s degree, she worked for several years as a journalist, among others at ZDF. She then switched to the consulting industry and was most recently Managing Partner and Member of the Executive Board at an internationally active consulting company.

 

Fluent in English, German & Farsi, she pursues her passion for languages and foreign cultures in her work and uses her intercultural experience every day to attract only the best talents for her clients. She is an avid cook, loves traveling and sports, especially running, and relaxes by spending time with her family and friends.
