Cornelia leads the Transition, Coaching & Assessment Services division at GENIUS SEARCH as Executive Advisor & Transition Partner.

 

She has known the Life Sciences industry from close quarters for more than 20 years. As a Senior Executive Search Consultant, she has experienced firsthand how leadership decisions are made within Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech companies and which personalities truly shape the industry in a sustainable way. During her time at Mediatum, Cornelia already worked closely with the consultants at GENIUS SEARCH. Over a period of more than 18 years, she successfully supported international executive-search projects on Director, Head, and VP level. In addition, she developed leadership programs and conducted numerous assessments in demanding transformation and change environments.

 

Today, she combines strategic market insight with genuine human understanding and, in very close cooperation with GENIUS SEARCH, supports executives and companies through sensitive transition and transformation phases. With clarity, empathy, and true passion, she helps people recognize new perspectives, unlock potential, and make courageous decisions.

 

Travel and adventure broaden her perspective on people, cultures, and new possibilities. Tango reminds her of presence, trust, and the subtle balance between leading and letting go. She consciously thinks differently, questions established patterns, and connects apparent opposites. Her children remind her every day to stay curious and to allow herself to let go of control at times.
